I've recently added saffron to my daily supplement routine have have been taking it for a few months. I can't say that I've noticed and any additional benefits to my already good health, but I appreciate the opportunity to take this and help insure I stay that way. I did identify this as the supplement that makes me a little sleepy so I make sure I take it before bed only. These are easy to swallow.

My teenager has been having difficulties with his mood, especially since the Covid lockdown, and has had difficulty bouncing back when the lockdown was lifted. I had him take this saffron supplement, and it seems to have helped improved a little, where he is able to get up and going on his own rather than me forcing him. It's not a cure-all, but to notice even this little difference helps me believe that the natural supplement of saffron can help improve his mood and energy.

This saffron has a light brown color and comes in medium size capsules. I like taking it for its various benefits such as eye health, appetite control, and mood support. The suggested dose is two for 177 mg but I often take just one for the typical 88.5 mg. I like that they’re made with care: non-GMO, GMP certified and third party tested. I’ve been taking one daily and they seem good - no negative effects to report - just saffron goodness.

I fill capsules at home, and I know the weight they are supposed to be at, this is misrepresentation and false advertisement.
