A: mine arrived as Medium....sending back as it has a big knee to cover!

A: If you mean the plastic « thermos » it’s about 14 inches high and circumference is 24 inches.  The cuff is 12x12

**Q: Is this interchangeable for both left and right shoulders?**
A: Yes!  I used it multiple times each day. I believe it is worth the money.

A: Very long 38 inches
