Quality Budget Capo
Not perfect, but it does the trick. I left my nicer capo at a friends house while travelling and needed to purchase another until I could retrieve mine. Obviously wanted one as cheap as possible.Occasionally, this one takes a little jiggling to get it to hold the string smoothly. That said, it's never much of a hassle, and once well in place, it works as well as any. I also like the matte black look, which is somewhat unique and attractive. It feels sturdy. I've been using it for 6 months now and it still works just like new.Might not be the right answer if you're a serious guitarist playing gigs, but if you need a spare or you're just a beginner on a budget, this is a great choice.

Excellent!
It's amazing how much variance there is in the price of capos. For a device with such a simple job, you'd think they'd all be relatively cheap! The good news is that you don't need to pay through the nose as this one does the job perfectly. Easy to use, nice protective rubbers on both the string and neck sides of the clamp, does the job just as effectively as one costing four times as much. What's not to like?

Nice quality
Not the best capo have ever used but by no means the worst. Does the job with minimal effort and is very stable. Like the black steel finish, very subliminal.

On a classical guitar it is limited to the first 4 frets only
I bought this for a standard classical guitar. The problem is that it doesn't reach the first string (high E) above the fourth fret. Up to this fret it is fine but if you go any higher then then E string starts to buzz as it escapes from the end of the capo. I am sure that with a narrow fret board it would be fine but I have had to look for an alternative for my classical guitar.

fast,efficient and great price.
I wanted a decent capo for my Lag electro/acoustic but like most people I didn,t want to pay stupid prices, so I started looking at the ratings on Amazon. There was one that stood out from the rest, this one from Tiger, it had a very high recomendations and it was 5 times cheaper than some similar models so I purchased it (I chose the black version to match the binding on my guitar) and was very happy I did. It is light, very sturdy, fits on and off in a second (no fiddly straps or gadgets)and looks pretty cool, oh ! and the price is fantastic.

Having recently purchased this item i waited a while before writing a review, why? you may ask. Well having been through my fair share of capos i find many of the cheaper ones seem to be a false economy, the elastic ones soon wear and a lot of the cheaper metal ones bend and the hinges break. Having said this my capo has had daily abuse and is still like new after a solid month. the build quality is great and although it is of a simpler design to most it works great. i would definitely recommend this capo to anyone.

No faff, quick, easy, reliable.
I've always used a capo with a screw and this was like coming out of the stone age for me! My dad thinks it's great, too. I realised I was putting it on upside down for a while but it doesn't really make any difference. It does the job perfectly every time, unlike my old screw one which would always need adjusting to catch all the strings tightly. Very handy for musicians, especially performing, as it's quick, easy and involves no faffing. I've had mine a few years now and it's one of the few things I haven't lost as it's in use so often.
