SAKURA Pigma Micron Ink Pen Set 005 1CT 005 1CT Black

AMAZING literally! I bought these pens after hearing that these pens rival pens with much larger price tags. So whilst for me (someone who has never bought artsy pens before) they seemed rather expensive.... for what they are they are well priced. And boy did they deliver! They dry super quickly - so no smudging and they don't show through thin paper that much. I use them in my journaling bible so that is a big plus! Also they don't dissolve in water so if you spill water on something you wrote using these pens they don't spread. so they are also able to be used along side water colours or water paints. over all huge thumbs up and well worth the money!!

I use these pens for general drawing and for my planner, as the finest pen in this set is ideal for fitting more text into a small area of paper than you can with such as a biro. This is a decent range of sizes for my needs, the ink is jet black and permanent, I've never experienced bleeding from the ink and as a left handed person, there is minimal smudging. For better ink flow, I recommend storing these pens with the tips facing downwards. I feel it's not unreasonable to mention that although I did purchase this set from Amazon, I have since found them for a much, much lower price elsewhere, albeit individually, but they are the exact same pens. Shop around.

Had to wait a while for these to arrive but are worth the wait. Bought to use for my zentangle obsession. I had read a lot of recommendations for these pens so thought i'd give them a go. I've only just started using them but they are great. Very smothered drawing action and the tips are nice and firm. Good range of sizes from very thin, 002 to thicker 08. Thought i wouldn't use the very thin one much but i have found it useful for very thin lines and tiny circles. I'm very pleased with these pens and would recommend them to anyone who loves drawing.

Like these a lot, but not as much as I expected. I guess that's a reflection on my expectations rather than on the pens themselves. They draw really well, and although one ran out very fast, (disappointing at this price,) the other seem to be lasting much better. It would be helpful if they were to make it easier to quickly identify the pen size, but I can't immediately think of how they could. Perhaps if the numbers were a little bigger? However the numbers referring to the nib size are marked on both the barrel and the cap, which does help a lot. Lovely clean drawn lines, and really no bleed through or pooling/splodging. Great!

Good quality lining pens, this set is on the thinner side with the thickest pen being 0.55mm apart from the graphic 1 pen. Chances are you won't need such small gaps between pen widths so it might be better to get a pack with a wider range in widths such as the artline drawing systems packs. Minus 1 star because the graphic 1 pen dried up very quickly.

thought I would try some new pens out as I'm really into drawing charicatures and with pen at the moment, been using the really expensive staedtler pens which are starting to run out.. So I thought these looked nice and at a really good price!! Recieved them very quickly in very neetly packed packaging. I'm glad that they came in a little air tight bag becuase I can reuse the bag and it means we get the pens CHEAPER 😊 hurray! For about 1-2 pounds per pen I think that this is an amazing deal. I love how they include a pen called "brush" which can do both thin lines and very bold thick lines!

For a while I've been using the Staedtler pigment liners, which put up a valiant effort and were my go-tos before these swooped into my life, and I can't explain how in love I am with the Sakuras - they're more effortless, and have a smooth fluid line with what feels like no pressure on your behalf - the brush pen is also a great addition ((I adore how easy it is to control the thickness)) and detailed watercolours are no problem with the ink either - super high quality + now my favourites! They also didn't take too long to ship :)

Great pens! Worth the money, worth the wait(delivery time :P). All round good for drawing and inking pieces. Ideally for anyone in the graphic design field, but could be used by even the casual artist. I'm currently using them to ink comic books, and when paired with a brush with ink, these pens are as good as it gets in terms of quality. Quick to dry, so no smudging, and doesn't battle against pencil when doing mixed media. I highly recommend these fantastic pens ;)

Very happy - had seen some reviews where I wasn't sure if they might be genuine but they're definitely genuine Micron pens. I would hazard a guess that if they don't appear in the packaging they may not be legitimate. No issues here. Tested with watercolours and no bleeding or smudging. All pens in working order.

I draw as a hobby and these pens are by far the best I have ever used. The smallest size 003 is very delicate because it’s so small but treat it with care and they last a long time. They dry quick on paper so they don’t tend to smudge and don’t bleed through unless you’re using super duper thin paper. I’d give them more then 5 stars if I could!

The description says 12 but I only received 1 pen!!! I agree with the other reviewer. It’s fraud!! Even the packaging sticker says 12.
