a good product. only negative point is that they give driver software in mini CD. This technology is outdated. Fortunately I have CD drive in by old desktop so i uploaded it there and then transferred to my laptop using thumb drive. otherwise the product is good. met my expectations.

The vhs to pc converter is not working with the windows 10, Iam disappointed as it is not even recognised by the computer even after several remedies
