Nordic WareSnowman Cake Pops Baking Pan-Red, Aluminium

This cake pops pan by Nordic Ware is quick and easy to use. It's themed for snow man but the basic shape can be modelled to anything including animals - I created some cute little Porg's for a Star Wars themed party! Highly recommend.

Good solid mould, which I expected from Nordicware. Unfortunately I’ve tried it 3 times now and every time they’ve stuck, definitely couldn’t tell it was supposed to be a snowman cake pop. Thankfully I got this in the sale, so didn’t have the cost normally associated with Nordicware. Will be making its way to the nearest charity shop.

Some other cake pop recipes have you rolling dough in your hands and all sorts of messiness but when I saw this pan, I thought why not try. Then, since, I already had one pan and refilling it was a mess because you have to clean it after each use, I bought another pan to make it easier next year. Love how it handled though, the recipe was easy to follow and everyone loved the flavor. I did alter the amount of peppermint I added because it calls for 1 tablespoon which I thought would be too much. So, I did 1 tsp. peppermint and 2 tsp. vanilla [since 1 tbsp. is equivalent to 3 tsp.] and, it was plenty, pepperminty. I used fruit leathers for the wraps and bought other candies for nose and eyes but the hat was the hardest. My problem was I didn't have any mini oreo's and had to cut the big ones down.

Have not tried them yet, but appear to be quality constructed.

My wife loves this pan, she uses it to make cake pops.
