Very disappointing. Bought this as my usual one was out of stock, and it looked similar. The trays were a nightmare; hot water did nothing, so boiled the kettle, and this reduced them to twisted mess. I straightened them out enough to try the chemicals out. There was no sponge applicator so I tried to rub it on as best I could. Filled the trays a bit, then applied them. (They were so shrunken there was no need to trim!). The light worked OK. Kept it on for 5 minutes but saliva was pouring out so abandoned the whole process. An expensive mistake. Unless you're very dextrous and patient, don't bother. The stars are because the contents of the box were mostly there, and it arrived.

Received the product and found the light didn't work, tried to request a replacement but because it's sold by Amazon via a third party this is impossible, i would have hated to pay full price for this, thought I would see a difference within days but because the single led didn't work I'll have to wait until I purchase another light

I was quite disappointed with this item as it had such strong statement of the degree of content to achieve whiter teeth. However it did help

Definitely doesn't hurt my teeth and it's great for the sensitivity, but doesn't whiten very much.

Just bought second lot. My teeth were badly stained had two weeks worth and have britened them up. Ordered a month's worth to get the colour I want. Very empressed.

Okay not as quick results as expected not seeing to much of a differentce. Very uncomfortable to where.

The package contains 3 doses of whitening gel but only 2 were full and 1 was totally empty. Didn't see much results after using.
