Snark ST2 Clip-On Chromatic ALL INSTRUMENT TUNER

The media could not be loaded. I picked up guitar 2 days ago as i wanted to learn how to play, but was told to first master tuning a guitar. At first i cheaped out and went the free way by using online tools and my ears to tune. After hearing the tune, i instantly knew that a physical device such as this one was needed and oh boy! This device was absolutely worth it. First time i used the device was very easy as i could easily switch the device to mic or vibrations (both have exactly the same results as the other when i tuned my guitar) the dial is very easy to read. Very small and fits snug on the top of the guitar, very easy to adjust the head of the dial as its 360 and is very sturdy in maintaining its position. Makes zero noise no tuning is perfect and its even pocket size, meaning i can take it with me anywhere. For absolute beginners like me, i 110% recommend this, dont cheap out and use online resources, you will defo see the difference

Superb rechargeable tuner for my Ukulele and Banjolele. Accurate and smart looking with the added bonus of no more battery replacement. Love the supplied blow moulded protective case too. Worth the cost beyond any doubt.

I was recommended this model to allow for different tuning on an electric guitar.Out of the box and for standard tuning, it’s a great bit of kit. Easy to get it on and the display is really clear, day and night. From an accuracy point of view, it is the best I have used to date. There is a warning inside, and in other reviews here, about damage to the coating of guitar if the unit is left on all the time. For me, there is an easy solution to that.I haven’t given it 5 stars due to the flexibility of tuning. The whole reason I was looking for a digital tuner was to allow different tuning, dropped D or half down etc. While the tuner will do this for you, it reads the tuning as a htz value so you need to know these for the tuning you want rather than like other tuners where you select the alternative and tune the guitar.All in all, a really good product.

Fantastic tuner first clip on tuner that reads the treble strings at the 12th fret that I have had. So it's worth paying that bit more for a great piece of kit. Very pleased highly recomend this tuner.

Really good tuner - accurate for my classical and steel strung guitars.

I've been using Snark tuners for my ukuleles for ten years now so when I broke the last one, I bought this version. It works on my guitar, banjo and ukulele. I've yet to try it on a violin, but who knows?

Very nice tuner and accurate and quick but suddenly after months using it started not being accurate and randomly not recognising anymore. I changed batteries and nothing, sometimes works great and then sometimes just need to do it by ear coz is impossible.I bought a second one and happen the same. I ended up getting a tc electronic clip but is excellent
