Will this be suitable for 11.8mm armoured cat6 ethernet cable?

I used it to cut 2.5 and 4mm sq swa cable 3 and 4 core with ease.

Has anyone used this to cut plastic conduit?

The blade wouldn’t cut deep enough to cut pipe in my opinion. Plastic pipe cutter would be cleaner and quicker
