phone ok, but battery life is only adequate.

Very pleased with my purchase - at under £400 for an iPhone this really was a bargain. I have had the phone for two years now and still very happy with it. Made the mistake of buying an Android based phone once and regretted it almost immediately. Nothing beats the sophistication of Apples iOS operating system in my opinion.Apple phones just seem to go forever - my last one was the iPhone 4 that was a hand-me-down from a friend, that finally stopped working in 2017. In comparison my Samsung phone (brand new replacement) for my old iPhone 4, lasted only two years before being replaced by this one.

Lack of memory expansion option. Low memory capacity.

Sadly my iPhone only lasted a few weeks. It became so hot you could not hold it and was obviously ready to explode. A warning came on the screen which showed a thermometer and a message to say the phone must cool down before use. I have used Apple mobiles for years and never ever known a mobile to heat up to this extent. This iPhone is a great phone and there is obviously something wrong with the battery. I foolishly agreed with Amazon to elect a repair when I should have asked for a replacement. I have now been waiting 4 weeks for my phone to be returned.

I won't say much about the device, as there are many reviews elsewhere, but this device supplied by Amazon appears to be genuine and brand new with usual high quality delivery.I wasn't sure about the Plus size screen, and in reality it is marginally more cumbersome than a regular size, but I really like the bigger screen size and I think better battery life too. Fits easily in any of my pockets so no problems there either.

Battery life non-existent. Only use was as a prompt to buy other phone than I phone
