Works really well, but is kinda messy and difficult to clean
I bought this to repair a drain down-pipe that had come loose from it's gutter. It worked fine. I also used it to plug the holes between the brickwork and a DIY plumbed air-conditioning vent. It worked well for that too. Not the easiest substance to clean up and control, but a little boiled linseed oil helps a lot! I've been told that isopropyl alcohol works too, although I haven't personally tried that.

Gets the job done, easy to use
Purchased to repair roof tile. One of our tiles broke in two and so we used this product to seal and effectively glue the teo pieces together ensuring water doesn’t seep through. The process was simple and straightforward, if you have any experience with caulk, it is exactly the same. It stuck well and was able to clean excess off easily. Overall, it got the job done and have noticed no water seeping through so far

ok ,but
This is very difficult to use in cold conditions . it does not flow easily from the tube and it is very difficult to spread with a spatula of any type because it does not adhere to the surface easily but forms a globule on the spreading tool.I tried this on my greenhouse apex to seal a small 6 mm gap but it would not stick and fell away .I will try again in the summer when the product may flow from the tube and perhaps adhere to the glass.I will update this review later in the year.

It's black, it's sticky, it's very messy
Used to do temporary repair to felt on a shed roof.As others have said, not easy to get out from tube, despite keeping it warm in the house for two days prior to use + warming in hot water on the job.Forget trying to spread it, just squeeze out lengths of it.Bought two tubes, which arrived promptly and were reasonably priced.Managed to stick down the felt, it definitely got harder to do as time went on, as it was extremely cold outside early January 2024.....However, it did the job.I had no option, btw, this repair was necessary.
