Does this keep the water above 70c* to make baby formula up at intervals during the day?

I haven't measured the exact temperature but it does stay very warm. Particularly if you warm the flask first.

Is there a cup with it?

Hi The screw in top serves as a cup. Hope this helps? Is a fab Thermos...best ever for keeping things hot and though costly..is worth it. I have both the large & small sizes and my brews stay hot all day at work (which is full time) . VJS

Is the outer casing weatherproof?
