Knuckles
My knuckles are to far gone for this. However if I had tried earlier I am sure this would have helpex

Can't be worn continuously
I bought this to support my arthritic index finger MCP joint. The knuckle up to the next joint is swollen and affects the tendons. It's creating an ulnar drift.Unfortunately you can't wear this during the day or when you wash your hands a lot. It's awkward to put on if it's on your dominant hand. That being said it did provide a good support. I used it at night and it helped relieve the pain ,swelling and stiffness in the AM. I wish I could us it during the day.

joint support of my right hand
The soft joint support for my dominant right hand is comfortable but a bit bulky. I am trying to keep this joint support brace in place for comfort for osteoarthritis.. I recently had occupational therapy for joint pain and this support was recommended. I am trying to get used to wearing this during the day. The awkwardness of the splint in new and i will try to continue to wear this more often. Maybe then the fifth finger awkwardness will subside.

Works as it should
Does the job...gets a bit uncomfortable, but not the fault of the device. .

good padding, keeps my fingers apart
This gives comfort to my hand when I garden and helps somewhat to prevent tendonitis from flaring up. I need more padding on my palms instead of the top of my hand when I am using garden utensils so when my hand is sore I wear them "backwards" with the flaps on the palm side. It works that way too. It is one of the few splints like this that will actually keep the space between my fingers padded while using my hands. It can make my hand smell a bit over the course of a day, but fortunately it is easily washable.
