Can i connect these to bestway 12ft framed pool

You would need to cut the pool around the valves as the Bestway pool has smaller inlet/outlet holes.

Do these plunger valves come with the part that sits inside the pool ?

No, they don’t. This item fits on outside of the pool then hose is connected, these just are just to open and close flow of water to and from the pool to your pump

I don't think that it would, as the hoses and fittings are of different sizes. I discovered this when purchasing other replacement parts.
