It was easy to install the battery and the housing for the foot was a little fiddly but not too bad to figure out. Once attached to the telescope, the sight was really simple to attach and calibrate. The sight gives a nice wide field of view with a bullseye in the middle. The bullseye can be dimmed or brightened as required and the dials for setting during calibration are simple to operate. But this time it would not turn off. This is a very good product, but man made can fail( this time) I will still give it 10/ 10 .
