Note that it is 'white' so you might consider it a bit harsh, and look for paper which is a faint cream. It's a matter of choice. (Why not experiment? Being too set in your mind can hinder your progress) **Q: Is this paper any good for tracing with a light box** A: I’ve never tried, but I think the paper might be too thick to see through. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommend *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 26 July 2026* Good for cars making ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality paper for sketching and colouring pencils *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 17 July 2020* I draw using pencils and also use colouring pencils and this paper is perfect. It is smooth as opposed to course but still a thick good quality albeit less than coarse cartridge paper, so it's great for colouring pencils and sketching. The pages are easily torn out, colours and shading glide on smoothly. Overall a great product and good value for anyone who likes to sketch or colour. The pages might be too thin for paint or watercolours though where a thicker coarse paper might be more suitable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great paper *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 September 2025* My go-to paper for printing colouring pages ## Frequently Bought Together - CANSON 1557 180gsm A4 White Drawing Paper Pad, Light Grain, Glued Short Side, 30 Extra White Sheets, Ideal for Professional Artists & Students - Derwent Charcoal Drawing Pencils, Drawing & Writing, Set Of 6 with Sharpener, Light, Medium, Dark & Tinted Charcoal White, Ideal For Blending & Smudging, Professional Quality, 0700838 - Daler-Rowney Fine Grain Lightly Textured Heavyweight 200gsm A4 Drawing Paper Pad, Glued 1 Side, Acid-free, 30 White Sheets, Ideal for Professional Artists & Students --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ma/products/48384900-canson-1557-extra-white-180gsm-a4-drawing-paper-30-sheets](https://www.desertcart.ma/products/48384900-canson-1557-extra-white-180gsm-a4-drawing-paper-30-sheets) --- *Product available on Desertcart Morocco* *Store origin: MA* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
