This is every bit as good as their signature Pad Krapao paste. Superb quality, taste and so easy to use. We like to simply "stir fry" chicken mince or lean pork mince in a bit of water then, when cooked, tip in the contents of the pack, stir for a minute or two, and serve.Favourite way of eating Laab is to take apart an Iceberg, Romaine or Sweet Gem lettuce, chill the leaves then use them to scoop the Laab out of the wok. Mmmmmm, it's that classic sweet, savoury, spicy, tender and crunchy combo🤤.I make Laab from scratch, roast and powder the rice myself...the whole nine yards. But this is so good that it's one of those "but why bother" products, when you want a night off from the cooker.
