Feeling better
My doctor recommended that I start taking vitamin D as I'm a 60 year old lady. I'm in generally good health and not taking any other medication but just getting a lot of aches and joint pain. I've only been taking these for 3 weeks and I've already noticed an improvement in my joints and surprisingly in my overall mood I've more energy and sleeping better. Maybe a coincidence but I don't think so. At £2.95 for a months supply they're very affordable so I've already ordered more I'm going to keep taking them as I really believe they are working.
