Other mixtures I've brought on amazon have far to much dense bark in, where as this mix seems to have helped my bonsai seedlings, as they are growing much better in the soil, unlike 2 other brands I've tried at the same time, my seedlings have grown about a 1/3 taller and the leaves look slightly healthier.

A decent product but not enough pebbles/ mini stones for drainage which is a must for Bonsai trees.

Bonsai tree loves it

I have a Bonsai tree that I researched the best feed for it. After planting this and repotting, it swiftly died. A great shame as my little Bonsai was doing so well up until now. I have given this 3 stars just in case it was just bad luck or user error why my Bonsai died, but in any case I won't be repurchasing this. Oh, it also seems to grow mold and gets bugs very easily!

I have used this to top up my Bonsai tree as it was in danger of drying out. As my Bonsai tree is kept outside it had lost some of it's soil, because the consistent rain had washes the top of the soil away.
