This is the only mineral supplement that I can find that has the essential set of minerals, in non-mega doses, plus also dosen't include iron or calcium (which like many, I just don't need). Prior to finding these I was taking five individual, single mineral tablets, which was a bit of a pain in the posterior. Well recommended.

Biocare is a respected premium brand with a large range of vitamins, minerals and supplements. The larger sizes are generally offered in resilient and easy-to-open plastic tubs with full-diameter bendy snap on/off lids, and this 90-capsule multi-mineral complex is one of these.The formulation is sealed in hardshell capsules containing magnesium chloride, a cellulose bulking agent, zinc citrate, manganese gluconate, magnesium stearate, copper, silicon dioxide, chromium, picolinate, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose as a time-release capsule shell material.The capsules are an easy size to swallow.The only minor gripe might be that Biocare products are generally not priced at the budget end of the scale, but this is a high quality product so as usual you get what you pay for.

There is not a lot you can say about of pot of mineral complex tablets, they are exactly what they are.They are easy to swallow and do not have a taste

Not impressed I'm afraid, I've tried these tablets here and the there and everytime they have brought on abdominal cramps and awful pain. So I now have a massive bottle I can't use.Had high hopes for these since I have thyroid problems but they just don't suit me. It could be the nasty fillers used I don't know.Not happy to have wasted such a large amount of money.Also awful bottle design if your frail you'd never get in the bottle. We'll I'm not frail and neither is my husband and we both struggled and ended up with a knife to get in them.Not happy really.

The product has just the right constituents for a balanced diet and the packaging is excellent in the information it provides. There is also quick and efficient delivery.

I like this a lot as it is about the only mineral collection I have found which does not contain Iron or Iodine. I can't tolerate the former and avoid the latter because of my thyroid condition. In addition, they are easy to take (one a day) and *not* the size of horsepills (as far too many supplements are).

Seems to do the job
