They hold good
Let me be honest. I am not a drummer. I do not work with drummers. I am not using these for cymbals.I have them threaded onto m8 grub screws on a sim racing rig to hold down the pedals, the (9nm force feed back) racing wheel, and a few other things for quickly swapping components in and out. These had held everything firmly in place through all the abuse they get.Awesome little gadgets.

Almost completely worthless
These don't fit cymbal stands that have a smaller size bolt. On the ones they do fit, they don't stay in place. It only takes a few hits to knock it completely off.
