This oyster sauce from Lee Kum Kee is the real deal! It's an amazing taste addition to so many things... from gravy and stews to scrambled eggs to marinades for anything. It's a thick sauce, cooks into food rapidly and easily and sticks to stuff if you like to brush it on as a glaze.The bottles are the right size to last just long enough that you don't worry about it spoiling.Buying in a tray is good value and you will use them all!

Excellent product. Really tasty. As pointed out, it is very salty, but I love that. I usually add msg or soy sauce to others I've tried. My item was delivered intact. I thought I'd point this out as I've seen lots of reviews of broken bottles. And in fairness, looking at how it's boxed, with no separation between the bottles, I can see why they get broken so easily. The external packaging by Amazon was excellent though.

Delicious...this is the original and best oyster sauce with the highest oyster content.An essential ingredient for recreating authentic Chinese dishes at home.This box of 6 is a large saving on the cost of buying 6 bottles at the supermarket (currently £3.06 each) so with price and convenience it makes sense to buy.Having been a little concerned reading reviews on breakages I needn't have worried, all six bottles arrived intact in a strong box within an Amazon exterior box. (being glass I suppose it's inevitable there will be the odd breakages here and there)Very happy with my purchase and will be a returning customer.

I recently tried the Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce, and while the flavor is decent, I found it difficult to pour.It has a balanced flavor that works well in different dishes. I used it in stir-fries, marinades, and even for dipping dumplings. It added a nice, light salty flavor with a touch of sweetness. The soy sauce doesn’t overpower the food, which I liked. It complements the ingredients instead of covering them up. So in terms of flavor, I have no complaints.However, I had a hard time with the bottle. The design makes it difficult to pour, especially when I only need a small amount. Every time I tried to use it, the soy sauce either poured out too fast or dripped down the side of the bottle. This was frustrating because it made a mess on my counter and wasted some of the sauce. I had to clean up after each use, which isn’t ideal when you’re in the middle of cooking. I also found it hard to measure the right amount for recipes because the soy sauce didn’t flow smoothly.The soy sauce itself is good quality. It’s light and has a nice, rich color. It doesn’t taste overly salty like some cheaper brands. I think it’s made with good ingredients, and it has an authentic flavor that works well in many dishes.
