I use these tags as replacements for client health and safety visits. They work well for fire extinguishers and eye wash inspections.

They did what they are supposed to do!

These are perfectly designed and executed for regular inspection of safety items. For home, office or shop, these are ideal to see when a fire extinguisher, a ladder, a jack stand, or any other item was last inpected for safety. Each tag can be used for 2 year / 24 inspections of each item. These tags could also be used for other purposes if you were willing to write over the original printing. These are well built with a re-enforced hole and good wire tie.

These are pretty standard, good quality tags and it's always nice to get the pre-wired ones rather than having to carry around a spool of wire and wire cutters when putting the tags on fire extinguishers. Technically these are not really specific to fire extinguishers so could be used for anything that you want to have a monthly inspection record for.

I create, sell and swap a lot of junk journals. It's always great to use unique paper items in junk journals and these tags are definitely unique. I love the printing on them and the size is generous for writing. on the back. There's a thin wire attached to the top of each tag--nothing that would add bulk to a journal and, again, unique. Such fun to use for journals!

I'm not using these for monthly fire extinguisher inspection tags, though they look to be perfect for that (and a good thing as that is what they were made for). I'm using these for my own tool inspections that also are logged in a database. I had moved away from the tags I was using but I don't also have my phone handy. I like having both still. Call me old school!

Tags are not too thick. About cardstock thickness. Words are printed clearly. Front and back is the same. Card takes ink well. Has a wire hanger and a reinforced hole. Nice tags. I am using these for my junk journals.
