Brilliant device , worth £14 all day long!
I’m going to start off by saying , I have a very bad EMI noise issue Between my PC , mixer and other audio equipment. I have hiss/static , whining and digital Hash noise. I bought a cheap £8 ground loop isolator , yes it fixed the noise but it completely ruined the bass , sounded like I blown my drivers and it was soft clipping my mixer Chanels. This one however is absolutely brilliant! The case is made of metal and it has a nice weight to it , the jacks have a nice click to them when inserting the cable which I like. This has fixed 98-99% of the noises I was getting with hardly zero frequency response change , like an extremely minuscule amount which really surprised me! The only very slight niggle I have is the moulded plastic packaging is extremely difficult to open and I had to resort to a Stanley knife which I nearly cut my finger off , just be careful 😂 Here are my personal ratings. Ease of use - 10/10 (very easy to use , plug and play) Device quality - 10/10 (feels solid and has a nice weight to it) Device look - 10/10 (looks professional) Sound quality - 10/10 (no sound changes at all) Noise reduction performance - 10/10 (absolutely obliterated the hiss/static , whining and digital hash noises) Value for money - 10/10 (worth every penny for £14 it’s a brilliant price) Overall , if you have issues like me and want to get rid of the noise that drives you crazy , GET ONE OF THESE!

Great for home studio PC / Interface digital interference problem.
My use for this is was to try to remove digital intereference commonly noticeable when connecting USB audio interface to a monitoring amp ( or possibly powered monitors ) in a home studio PC / Interface setup. Not so much hum problem but the spitting/crackling data noise, and a sound as if someone is blowing a kazoo in the distance every time the mouse is moved. For me this worked perfectly connecting it between the Interface Line outs and the monitoring amp. No interference / hum whatsoever and, more importantly, no discernable degradation or alteration of the quality of the actual audio signal. I can't say for sure that it will be 100% for all configurations that people have. Hum / interference can be a bit of a dark art, but I can wholeheartedly recommend this based on my own experience. Noise not dropped / lowered etc, but gone completely as would be expected of the use of audio isolating txformers.

Does the job for me which is good enough but....
This product done the job in eliminating static sound but it doesn't make the sound premium for me, as I still get minor hissing when I increase my volume. I bought these as I stream on twitch using a Behringer Mixer (Q802usb) but in my streams I was getting a horrible static background noise so purchasing these cured the sound and lets me listen to both my pcs at a decent sound yet if I was to blast the sound down my headphones it will create hissing and echoing but then I do have a entry level mixer. Overall review is good as it does its job properly but if you want premium quality then upgrade your mixer and hum destroyers.

Highly recommend for sub hum
Great product and worked as expected. Sturdy design and passive so no need for power. I measured before and after and had a 2dB gain loss but didn't alter the frequency response at all from 20hz to 20Khz. Easy to setup and use. Got rid of the hum in my home cinema subs. Great price too.

That it works very well
Absolute game changer. No noise from external inputs that rely on usb connection and create noise through the pc

Does the job, but at a cost to sound quality
I'm an ex home-recording artist, and part time small-time sound engineer, and I got this for two purposes - one of which it will fulfil fine (but rarely), the other (more everyday) definitely not. I was hoping to use this most of the time on my everyday home audio system -- a Mac Mini connected to a pair of very lovely Ruark speakers + CA subwoofer -- which does suffer from significant mains hum. It was often an issue when I was writing/recording (early '90s) so I'm quite sensitive to it. However, to cut a long story short, my system really doesn't sound as good with this thing in it, either at the bottom end, which loses depth and 'roundness' (can't think of another word for it), or at the top, which loses crispness. I swapped it in and out with various favourite tracks -- the difference was starkest on my current favourite album, Billie Eilish's "WHEN WE ALL... etc". I know the sound on that album is really extreme, but this device just took the 'WOW!' out of it. It DID kill the hum, but I won't be using it there. That said, it WILL go in my bag of tricks for going out to 'gigs' (DJ/Dance Classes) because the mains hum in some venues is shocking and distracting, and I'm sure in those circumstances, the net benefit will be considerable. So for "emergency use only" for me. But remember my background is in sound recording, so I really notice shifts in the the 'character' of the sound. If you're less sensitive to that, your sound system less affected, or your favourite music is less extreme in character, it WILL effectively remove annoying levels of hum -- you might well find the benefits outweigh the fairly subtle loss of quality.

Works
I had no earth hum or change of sound output after connecting this between the mixer and amp. I was getting hum from a mic phantom power unit.

Rodecaster Duo users that use the monitor outputs. This is a must!
I have Yamaha HS5 Monitor Speakers connected via Roland 3ft/1m Interconnect TRS - Male XLR Balanced Cables. These work perfectly on my DJ set up so I knew there was no issue with either. The problem was my Rodecaster Duo. The monitor outputs produce a nasty combination of hiss & hum (which is its only downside and well known) but, the Behringer HD400 cuts that out while still maintaining clean audio quality through my monitors. Excellent product and recommended for Rodecaster Duo users.
