My PT had me really focusing on core position and strengthening. It started me down a path of good strong work outs focused on this aspect. I have been wearing these ankle weights for about 9 months ( starting with light weight) almost everyday gym, running errands, around the house, work, etc.. When I walk with them, it allows me to slow down and focus on tight core and my entire body position. These are by far my favorite weights. I have bought in 2bl, 3bl and recently 5lb each. No long velcro strap to meticulously string through a small D-ring. Easy to find end, to grip, open and remove. They are comfortable and do not scratch or blister. Not huge and bulky. *The extra resistance to my workout has greatly improve my gym results on building core, leg and glute muscles. I have stomach muscles I never knew existed.
