A new lease of life
I am 80 years old so my main problem is energyOften I leave the gym before completing my programme and feeling discouraged.I have been taking ZMA for just over a week now and I not only complete my routines but I am able to push myself throughout.I always take two tablets at night and on gym days two in the morning in addition. Does exactly what it says on the tin .....
Excellent product and service from the seller . Does exactly what it should and I sleep like a log . Im very active and do lots of Weighlifting and crossfit exercise . After having a bad dose of the flu , I was feeling totally deflated and down . Proper depressed . Soon after taking this ZMA product for a week or so , my mood was restored completely . Amazing!!

Incorrectly advertised : This product is described as containing zinc citrate and magnesium citrate, but on receipt of the bottle, I found the ingredients listed as magnesium oxide and zinc gluconate.Chelated forms of magnesium are not interchangeable and I do not appreciate having this falsely represented.

Helps sleep and will help restless legs
Very good. Helped me sleep and helped with my restless legs. Unfortunately like most things for me it stopped working. But this is nothing new as even the medication I'm now on has stopped working.Would recommend these before you go down the route of medication. Would 100% recommed these before any other product.

Sleep well
First of quick delivery as per, now on to the product. Now I have had different zmas over the years but I must say these have fun a really good job. Now on the label it does not state when to take them but normal I take them half a hour before bed and I must say I sleep really well,and fell fresh in the morning.

Didn't help sleep
Unfortunately they haven't helped my insomnia at all infact it got worse so stopped taking them after two weeks

Great product
I've had poor sleep for over 16 years, I use ZMA to make sure I get as much deep sleep as I can. So far I've found these pills have really helped. Even if I only get five hours sleep atleast it's good quality sleep. I will buy them again for sure
