Massive tablets
Does what it does, but tablets are huge, and if bitten into to crush smaller they leave a chalky texture in your mouth. Not easy to swallow and need a good drink to wash them down. Goes well with 5htp

Great Product - Sleep much much deeper
If training hard giev this a go. My Deep Sleep went form Avg 16mins a night to over an hour (tracking on a Garmin and using Connect)

Must have for sport exercise and active people.
Great supplement to improve sport results. It makes me feel more energy during exercise and sleep is noticeably better quality.

Chalky and impossible to swallow
These are terrible! I’ve been taking magnesium for years and am used to among supplements of all sorts. But these are chalky and difficult to swallow despite not being that big. Do not buy. The only reason I’ve given them one star is because they’re vegan.
