Fantastic product I paid years ago to get these trays made at the dentists and lost my trays they cost me considerably more than these ones and these have arrived today and fit even better than the ones I had made. At the dentists also feel much stronger material I’m super happy with them they took around two weeks to arrive after I sent off impressions couldn’t reccommend enough

Ordered these after having them in a wishlist for ages. I’d wanted to get some proper guards but the dentist prices were upwards of £250 - so I opted for these after reading reviews.The kit came a few days after I bought, the instructions and such were totally clear and the whole mould process was very simple to do. I had this back in the post that day (I opted for Special Delivery; to get there the next day). I’ve had them back today, and they’re great fit and really good quality.I never write a review but I wanted to let everyone know that this was a really positive experience and I’m so glad that I opted for these over the dentist version.

Had to wait a few weeks for the trays. But they were a little gem so I’ll say worth the wait. Making the mould was a bit tricky. The wait time was a little disappointing but they eventually came.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I researched different sellers and read many reviews, even contacted two dentists to compare pricing. I settled that i had nothing to lose ordering on-line. The product arrived promptly with simple instructions. I mixed the putty as advised but made a mistake when pushing my teeth into the blue trays, i centred my mouth to the putty but really i should have put my teeth closer to the blue area where the roof of my mouth should go. What happened was my teeth became squished up against the blue tray - through the putty. It felt painful as i my teeth needed more space. However, i followed the instructions and counted down the seconds in desperation to remove the trays. Once relieved of the moulds i could see a lot of the blue plastic and there was not a clear gum line. I called ProWhite in a semi panic and they advised me to send them back as normal and they would try and work with what they had. A week or so later the custom made trays arrived. I am very impressed, they 'roughly' fit my teeth - especially considering my faux par. I contacted ProWhite with the understanding i needed to pay for more putty etc to start again. Unbelievably they bent over backwards, listened to my complaints with the plastic not fitting flush in my mouth and AGAIN said they would work with the mould i had sent in initially and would post out another lot of custom made trays FREE OF CHARGE. Three days later they arrived and considering my mistakes with the putty they are FANTASTIC. The lower tray fits like a glove, the upper is almost perfect, just one tooth isn't quite right and that is the tooth that was completely squashed on the blue plastic. That one tooth is 85% fitted so i am able to get the benefit of the tray. Perhaps after a few goes with bleaching gel i may need a new mould but i have complete peace of mind that ProWhite are more than capable and i will place the order with them if i need to. On the note of teeth whitening i have ordered 22% nitewhite, after 2 hours my teeth where whiter on the bottom but not so light around my gum line, sensitivity was very high. I used a re-mineralising gel afterwards and rubbed Sensodyne onto my teeth every hour before bedtime. In the morning the sensitivity was fine. I intend to use Sensodyne as tooth paste for the duration of my bleaching.

I received the moulding kit and you could clearly see the mouth guards had been used before. I washed them in antibacterial wash for a few hours and then used them anyway as I wanted to final product. I have just received the end result through the post and the mouth retainers are absolutely awful. They have either sent me the wrong teeth moulds back or the product is that bad that 1) they don't even fit on to your teeth, they pop off and are so flimsy. 2) they have air bubbles in them so some teeth have bubble imprint.I have put in a complaint to the seller but I will be surprised if I hear back. Yes I have gone the shortcut way to get the moulds done rather than the dentist but I would still expect these to be better than what they are. Would never purchase again.
