The product was clearly opened and used prior to repackaging and sending it my way. One of the jars has some sort of an oily residue just at its bottom half as if someone used the mixer and was not able to wipe off the bottom half of it. One of the two blades also has a slimy/oily residue. Clearly been used before. One of the closing lids is also scratched up, probably roughly handled and used. The main mixer has a scratched up bright yellow tape coming out of the corner of its base plate. I fear if someone meddled with the main mixer or opened the base plate and then screwed it back on. The base of the main mixer was scuffed up and a little dirty. Lastly, all the contents in the package are a little dusty. I don't know why so many good reviews but I find it as a waste of money. It has major heating issues. If you run it for a minute burning smell n most of the time smoke will appear

Very nice product, I am using this car inverter getting very nice results for outingBut my car inverter is able to run it .

Plastic lid of chutney jar is very loose. Not very happy with this product I received.

This is my second purchase of the Glen mini grinder. I bought my first one in December 2020. I have used it almost everyday and it has given me trouble-free service over the last four years. My old grinder is no longer working but I continue to use the jar as a useful extra jar.
