Q: Does it have a drawstring top? Does the material support heavy groceries? My current trolley will lean to one side when full of goods .

No drawstring it has strong poppers on either side at the top. I have put quite a bit of weight into my trolley. E.G. pack of six dog food cans, 8 pack of coke cans 4 pints milk and bag of potatoes etc.. Very roomy. No tipping at all still easy to pull. It is also silver lined so I can buy frozen items without worrying about them defrosting. Hope this helps. I am a trendy 65 years and did not want to look like an old lady with a trolly. I love my trolly. It is also very light when empty.

Q: how does the top close? some are saying it has poppers but some are saying it has velcro.

The opening of the trolley has both. The poppers are placed in the top corners to make the opening slightly more ridged & the flap that goes over the opening attaches to Velcro on the front - about where the company name is placed on the grey flap in the picture.

Q: Does it have separate pockets for your umbrella, purse, phone etc.

Hello,The lemon grass shopping trolley has 1 internal pocket. Though I am unsure how much you would be able to fit into it. Sabichi do do other trolleys which do have external pockets and would have no trouble taking your umbrella, purse, phone etc.Kind regardsBridgetHeritage

Q: What is the fabric used also handle height thanks

100% polyester wipe clean with silvered inner lining for keeping shopping cool. Height from ground to top of handle is 96cms. Bag size is 54cmsL x 33cmW x 20cmD. The handle sits 25cms approx above top of bag. I find it lightweight but sturdy and the handle non slip. I have arthritis and had to get a slighter smaller bag than my previous one. This works for me. Hope this helps.
