I don’t worry about mine getting dirty. You can wipe the paddle part off with a soft cloth and mild detergent. The white grip does show dirt easily, so you can clean it the same way and add new grip tape from time to time if it bothers you. You could also go with a darker color grip tape that doesn’t show dirt as easily.
