Smell is not what you expect.
Bought this candle because I've been having Egyptian musk for a few years. I'm very familiar with this scent and believe me, this scent is awful. I've just blown it out after 20 mins because my house smells like a curry plant. Definitely not what I have come to expect of yankee candles.

Love the smell but it's a present for Christmas so no idea how it will go down, but as it's a Yankee it will be brilliant, and the smell from the lid is out of this world.
