Put straight into use by the back door for garden clogs. Neat and compact for small spaces yet good platforms for shoes or walking boots.Relatively easy to assemble, pushing the rods into to support holes was fiddly but I went round each point on the framework with a towel (to prevent any damage) and hammer to tap the rods fully home into the rings to ensure it was firmly assembled.

The sides are a thin plastic, and the silver supports are a very thin hollow metal tube. Push together fitment, have to be very careful not to snap the very weak and flimsy sides, so be cautious. But, once built, it does the trick fine, just don't expect anything too brilliant.Mine arrived with 2 bent silver supports (one had a dent in the middle, and the other had an end closed up which was easily fixed) which could be fixed, and one side had a small snap in the plastic - not too worried, as it's not in the house but in the garage, so not a massive deal breaker.I honestly wouldn't have paid any more than £10 for this.

If you are looking for a solid and presentable shoe rack move on this piece of cheap tat is not for you......At £24.00 this is not that cheap given it comprises 2 plastic ends and 12 tubular rods of differing lengths it is poor value for money.It looks what it is cheap and nasty.It does not hold two pair of shoes on each rack as claimed unless it is for children’s use only.I purchased a slightly bigger bamboo shoe rack for the same price on Amazon, it is far more substantial and presentable and I have kept it.This Chinese import has been sent back.

Arrived in good time & well packed & in good order. Very simple to put together & seems sturdy for its purpose. I only wanted a small shoe rack to sit by my back door to swap outdoor shoes for slippers when going in & out.This holds 2 pairs comfortably on each of the three shelves.Pleased with the item & the seller.

Wanted a small shoe rack for our utility room to stop me tripping over crocs, football boots and dirty shoes used for gardening. This arrived promptly, was fairly easy to put together and once assembled seems fairly sturdy. When it arrives and you see the parts you think there is no way it will be sturdy, but i was fairly surprised. It was difficult to get the inner rods secured, but after a bit of banging and hammering with your hand they eventually get secured in the slot. It is compact which is what I wanted, but don't expect to get two pairs of adult shoes and trainers on one row unless they are fairly narrow fitting shoes....

In my opinion the 6 rods supplied for the middle of this rack should have been at least 1/4 in. longer than those supporting the 4 corners. Because the plastic frame which forms both ends of the rack is flexible in the middle, the central rods have a tendency to slip out of their locations. Had they been fractionally longer, this problem would not have occurred.

Absolutely awful product , cheap plastic rubbish material that doesn’t even fit together , looks like it should be sold in a pound shop no wait pound shops have better quality, I’m shocked that it’s even on here especially for the price they charge!! Don’t waste your money on this god awful product!

Bought to hold garden/walking boots outside the back door. Have given it 5 stars as it is exactly what I needed at a cheap price. When you assemble it you need to FIRMLY push the rods into the plastic sides so that it doesn't collapse as has happened to some reviewers. Once the rods are firmly in place it is very sturdy. In the photograph it is holding six pairs of female size 7 shoes/boots. It may not be so suitable for larger men’s shoes.And (very important!) my husband has stopped his constant complaining that he's tripping over my boots.
