SuperB Hook/Release Tool Chain Link and Pin 2in1 Black, TU

These work very well, the compact design means that you only need the one pair to securely fasten and unfasten your quick links. While this is possible to do by hand it can be a struggle and can be messy if you're taking the chain off for a good clean.These simple but robust pliers make the job very quick, easy and you can be confident that your quick link is secure.Given the reasonable cost I bought them for convenience and piece of mind. I wasn't disappointed.

I recently snapped my chain so I bought some missing links that's the make so I now needed a link fixing tool I had a real good look around and found this one that opens and closes the link to me a no brainer I have tried it twice didn't need to but they say you can open and close the missing link meny times I had to try it it worked brilliantly.

Purchased this after a recent spat with a 11 speed Ultegra Shimano quick link chain which ended up with the air being blue .The Shimano quick links have a much higher tolerance than KMC chains which are easier to fit and connect by stamping on the pedal with the brakes locked. Knowing I had a second 11 speed Shimano chain to fit I purchased this tool. Odd looking thing with three prongs to remove and fit the quick link. After a few moments of figuring out how it works, it removed the existing link quickly and more importantly after replacing the chain, easily clicked the new link securely, stopping any further blue pollution of the air . No problems as others have described with the 11 speed quick link and I would recommend this tool if only to keep your blood pressure down.

Really useful little tool. Had to use the other day for the first time, and definitely made it easier to undo and redo the quick links (there's a mis-nomer if ever there was one!). Will probably detach my chain completely for cleaning next time, thanks to this tool, rather than trying to clean on the bike. Felt was slightly expensive, hence reason for 4 stars instead of five

Excellent tool. Has two in one - both close a link and open a link. I love this because it saves all that fiddling about with quick release chain links. I struggled for twenty minutes to do this and gave up, ordered with Prime and was up and running in the three seconds it took to align the link and click it together with this tool.I then had to undo the link and it was equally as simple and quick to undo it with the Open action.Brilliant.

Hooks in between links...gentle squeeze...click and all done. For the price this is very good indeed and easier to use that the ones that you have to pull the leavers apart. I am now able to remove and install chains at will with minimal time and fuss. Excellent product.

Bought this to fix a link on a Shimano 11 speed chain.Fit perfectly in between the links and snapped the link in place without any fuss.Half the price of the genuine Shimano tool and does exactly the same job.I highly recommend.

This tool seems to be well made and has worked great for me. I have removed and reinstalled SRAM and Shimano 11 speed chains for waxing with no issues. Recommended.
