Amazing product - please ignore any negative reviews and try it . I developed acne rosecea last year and first sign of the sun it’s back . Evident I need factor 50 and something to counteract the mess on my face . I was in two minds and so glad I ordered it . It’s a green fluid that once applied turns skin coloured . Now I’m pale - medium . It seems to match your skin tone . Not orange as others have said . Dries Matt . Gives you coverage like a tinted moisturiser but colour corrects the red for sure . Doesn’t cover huge spots but can add concealer there . Just makes your skin look like you can be seen in public and factor 50 protection ! No stinging , no itching and belive me as I can only use cerave I’m a good tester . The only thing I would add is it is a drying formula . Ideal for acne rosacea when your face becomes an oil slick but maybe a little drying formula dry skin type rosecea . Moisturiser first ? Anyway one to deffo try . Very happy customer . No burn from factor 50 and a definite concealing effect . I will update my review in a month with further thoughts .

First time using this but will be my go to now! Currently on holiday & for the first time ever I’m not coming back I with an angry rash, also my skin feels so soft & hydrated! Cannot recommend enough!

This stuff is amazing.We were originally recommended this brand by an NHS dermatologist for my son's sensitive skin so I thought I'd give the face fluid a go.Its the only sunscreen that doesn't sting (at all!!!) my very sensitive skin or make any red areas even worse. My skin and red/blotchy patches have been so much better since switching to this from CeraVe's sun cream. It goes on lovely, very silky, calming and sinks in as well as other sun creams, just give it 20 mins while you get dressed/ready before applying anything on top. It's factor 50 and 5 star protection so it's really good stuff.The only reason it loses a star is because it can pill on your skin if you rub too hard and it is quite shiny, to be fair most sun creams are and it isn't as shiny as other brands. So if you use this *gently* rub/smooth it in... and to combat the shiny face the ordinary do an amazing azelaic acid cream which does wonders for your skin and is really amazing at mattifying. Just avoid your eyes and VERY gently smooth in, otherwise it will pill with the sun cream. Same for any concealer applied over the top.

This is just the right consistency!!! Goes on easily and is well absorbed. Have been wedded to LA Roche Posay, but no longer. This is a good product at a good price and will definitely order again.

Great value for money! I have very sensitive skin and this is one of the few face sunscreens that I don't react to. It gives good protection and has a nice texture to it. As mentioned below by someone else, it can pill if you rub it in too hard. It is the perfect size to fit in to your bag or pocket so you have it to hand at all times. I have met many skin doctors on my travels and they all recommend this product.

This is absolutely amazing stuff! Works like magic. I hate foundation and I haven't found a tinted moisturizer until now that I have liked either, but this stuff is just perfect. Doesn't irritate my skin, and once it's on you can't even feel it. Very easy to use. Natural looking finish.

Decided to give this a go after seeing good reviews, it doesn’t leave a cast and leaves a dewy finish, my only concern is I get these small dry clumps every time I use it. I apply it to the back of my hand first, and each time I find these little dots that don’t blend out, so I have to pick them out each time I apply this sunscreen which is a bit annoying. I made sure the lid is clean and no dry residue is left but I still have them every time I apply. I don’t know if I received an old/bad batch or something but it’s a bit of an inconvenience.

My neighbour was recommended this by her consultant so having a skin problem I was keen to try and now would like others to know I’m very happy with the product and even happier with the Altruist Mission created by Dr Andrew Birnie. Definitely try it.Jill
