It holds about 260ml of you want a direct comparison for capacity. It keeps his coffee hot all day and has survived a few knocks. However because it is completely sealed then no liquid can get inside the housing so it does not fail like other metal based flasks. Being metal also means dropping it does not mean smashing it so again it scores again. Hot liquid like coffee/tea/soup stays "Drinkable" hot for about 12 Hrs, but even after this time whilst it does not go cold, some may find it below likeable drinking temperature but other s may find it fine. Bear in mind that most times you would not be keeping it hot past 12 hrs anyway. Scores 9/10 for me which is a score I do not give very often .
