Fun to use

Family member also wanted this as a gift. Loves it and uses it all the time. I don’t like them as I prefer pans. But as long as recipient likes them, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had been looking to buy some brioche tins as a gift for a friend who had admired my own set. But prices have skyrocketed for sets like my old ones, making them unaffordable. And then i found these! I've had great success with other silicone baking 'pans'and thought i would try these. My friend loves them. Sturdy enough to produce the desired shape, easy to pop the baked dough out of them, and easy to clean. Yes, put them on a baking sheet for ease of use and extra stability but i have to do that with my metal tins as well. Good product, good value.

They stick, must spray really well and then let soak and you still have to use brush because of texture of cups.

I purchased several different sizes of silicone cups in round, square and rectangular sizes. With only my husband and me, it seems most every recipe makes quantities for several meals, and it gets boring to eat the same thing. I've tried splitting recipes and freezing half, but even that was too much. Also, my husband eats larger portions than I do, and often we have a taste for different foods. I can use these large cups for his portion, and one or two sizes down for me. I plan to try even smaller cups to buy and cook meats and be able to assemble single portions, like a taco, for small meals or snacks. I've just started working with all these to implement my plan, but I think it's going to work, and help me with my husband opening the fridge a hundred times a day wondering what there is to eat! Now, I can point him to the fridge, and an individual portion can thaw out more quickly than a casserole dish, so he can make his choice and have that meal within an hour. If this works, I may also use these cups to separate and freeze other individual ingredients (onions, peppers, etc.) that can be used in many different recipes. I have been using the smallest sizes for baking small portions of corn bread, muffins, cupcakes, and other treats that we like to have "just a taste," but a normal portion is just too big for us.

Great product, doesn't fit into any of my muffin pans though.

these silicone cupcake liners are huge. Maybe a little too big for what I wanted to use them for but they are perfect for making soap in them or extra large cupcakes to give us gifts.
