these seem to be adhering at present but not sure how long will stick. Good solution to sandals as other inserts are cumbersome and slip. Will probably buy more for other sandals a multi pack would be good as need them in all shoes as not transferable. Very pleased with product.

The pads work exactly as they are described. They provide a cushion that raises your arches and prevents pain. They are very useful for people like me who have dropped arches, and who experience pain when wearing stiff soled formal shoes. I wore my Oxford brogues all day without any problems whatsoever. As long as you take a little bit of time to position them correctly they have an adhesive side that sticks to the inside of your shoe and gives you support. I have tried the insoles but they lift your entire foot up and for my shoes this causes pinching, whereas the gel arch supports leave the rest of your foot in place and lift the area that needs it. Whole heartedly recommend these to everyone who suffers from dropped arches and flat feet. 10/10

It would help, when choosing the product, the overall size & height of the arch, which is invariabley required to achieve the best support to the foot

They dont really do anything for your foot. They aren't tall enough and dont stick to my shoe at all. I have bought insoles for less money that do a better job. Although, they do feel like they're made from quality materials.

These are ok they stick for a good period of time but I don't really feel much benefit. I am on.my feet alot and had hope these would help.with discomfort. Some people seem to like so maybe it's just not right for me.

does exactly as description says. i use these for support in my trainers and feel great. arrived straight away

they really help but what happens when the sticky part wears off. Also would be good if you could buy one foot support as I only need left foot

I got flat feet. This is nice but after a while it moves from place if ur shoes aren't tight. Or if you are doing sports.
