A great cookbook to go with my new Morphy Richard's soup maker. So many easy to follow vegetable & meat soups. I received the soup maker as a Christmas present yesterday & have already made the tomato & basil soup. I love the recipe book & the short You tube videos that go with it. Thank you Liana Green!

Nice recipes for soup maker
Nice recipes for my soup maker. The recipes are for the larger soup maker so have roughly halved quantities for my 2-3 cup size. The index is completely useless so you basically just have to flick through the book to find the recipe you want. Soups I’ve made so far have been very tasty

Lots of easy to follow recipes
I have this and one other soup making book. I really like this one, as much as the other, although I use both and sometimes use a combination of the two. This one has many delicious recipes which are easy to follow. I'd recommend it.

Amazing cookbook with easy to find ingredients
Amazing good quality cookbook, lovely tasty healthy recipies I use again and again in my soup maker. The ingredients are readily available in all supermarkets, some anre anll in the store-cupboard in case I haven’t been shopping, and flavours are added with a beautiful selection of spices etc. instructions are clear and the print is a good size for us glasses wearers ☺️ I freeze the spare portions and then take them away in my camper van so we are lucky to have lovely hot soup when we camp! We also like to get a couple of portions out of the soup out of the freezer before a big dog walk and pop in our slow cooker to defrost and warm up- so when we get home our soup is ready! Thank you Liana for taking the mystery out of soup making xx (I dont have sautée function so just use a pan as Liana describes- they can also be made in the standard way on the hob)

Soups great but quantities wrong
I bought this book specifically because I bought the Morphy Richards soup maker. Yet the quantities of ingredients provided are wrong. Despite chopping the veggies in tiny sizes, I can never put all the vegetables in the recipe because it would go over the max line.

Brilliant!!!
What a fabulous book, full of lovely recipes, all of which have 'normal' ingredients and nothing 'obscure'! Highly recommend this book for all soup maker owners - I absolutely love it!!

This is a fantastic book. Soup isn’t that hard to make you just need the ideas this book gives you and they are very very tasty recipes!!!!
