The light projecting mechanism of the turtle makes a 'tick tick tick' sound when working, do you have the same issue with yours or is mine faulty?

Mine does not make a ticking sound I would guess it’s faulty

Is it ocean blue as on photo or black as written in description?

Mine were ocean blue (not black). I did buy ten years ago though. They still work.
