I would most certainly go for the styling milk ! I did think much of this product , in fact I threw it away last week ! It makes your hair very crunchy !

Can this product be used on dry hair to refresh 2nd day curls ?

Yes, you'll spray all over your hair as needed it will make it soft and the curls will be more defined.

Is this an aerosol spray?

No. Just normal pump action spray.
