OTAO [Tray Installation] Samsung Galaxy S8 Screen Protector, [Case-friendly] Tempered Glass Screen Protector with Positioner for Galaxy S8

I bought the OTAO [Tray Installation] Samsung Galaxy S8 Screen Protector after researching a lot of them but found this one had great reviews and also comes with the warranty of a free replacement if anything was to go wrong. The screen protector arrived in a well packed box and the installation was very easy with the help of the installation tray. The screen protector sticks EXTREMELY well onto the screen, unlike some other rubbish ones I have bought before which pop off after a small fall. It is very strong and durable and has even survived in the hands of my little 2 year old who has managed to drop it a few times without the screen cracking at all. One of the major plus points of it I noticed is that no dust gathers around the edges unlike previous protectors, the glue seems to be well inside the protector itself therefore attracting no dust around the edges at all. Unfortunately my screen protector had a small hairline crack on it so I emailed OTAO to redeem the free replacement warranty and they replied the same day and confirmed a new one has been sent to me within 24 hours! Fantastic customer service for an excellent product, what more could you ask for? BUY WITH CONFIDENCE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS IF SOMETHING DOES GO WRONG!!

We all know it can be a total nightmare applying a screen protector. Amazon Reviews often don't help that much, as there's always a tendency to only leave a rating after a bad experience. But I can honestly say that this is the best screen protector I have ever used.Application was easy. You're given everything you need, and instructions are clear and easy to follow. Seriously, the tray idea is brilliant; it's honestly hard to go wrong, and everything is aligned perfectly. After application, the touch screen is just as responsive as before. You hardly know it's there, I'm serious. Also the protector has kept true, and has remained firmly in place.A word must be said about OTAO's customer service. My first protector inexplicably cracked after just one day. I emailed the seller, and they were truly wonderful; I was sent a free replacement immediately. The current protector has been on for a month with no issue.This is a brilliant protector, and gives excellent peace of mind that your phone's screen will remain protected through the various stresses of the day. And the superb seller will also look after you if there're any issues.A brilliant product, and a wonderful seller. Outstanding.

Third time is an many days in purchasing a screen protector that will fit my S8 with the case I bought for it. Bought only for that reason too. It fits PERFECTLY with the SPIGEN TOUGH ARMOR CASE (see link below). Does the job well. Dropped phone once and nothing on the screen so far. Installation is easy and the tray thing is a good idea if u want this to stick to your phone nice and straight. Dropped my S8 face down on the concrete, this thing saved my life ! Not a scratch on the phone screen at all (the screen protector cracked obvs)Ordering another one as it did it's job perfectly.

This was the 3rd screen protector I have purchased , the others from other makes did not stay on. This one comes with a handy device to allow you to position the protector on and it stays on very well.The only slight downside is if you get it wet, like I did and drop it in the sea !! the water does get behind the protector and screen, although it dried out can see some bits.But it is a good glass screen protector and I have purchased a second as a spare.

I purchased one of these for my new Galaxy S8 in October 2017. The tray makes it amazingly easy to put on - clean the phone, insert the tray, remove the film from the back of the protector, slot in place and press gently. And it is done. No annoying air bubbles or badly placed protector screens. Very simple and very easy. It also protected my phone very well. A few months ago a small crack appeared on the protector - presumably after dropping the phone - but the phone itself was not affected. The crack remained small until about two weeks ago when it grew bigger. The protector itself remained intact, just with a growing crack on the surface. I contacted Otao customer support. They quickly responded and offered to replace the protector free of charge. When I removed the cracked protector the phone itself was undamaged - so the protector has certainly done its job of protecting the phone. I would have given 5 stars but for one slight defect on the protector - it is a bit reflective (rather than matt) and shows up fingerprints very easily. It is not a major problem as the Galaxy S8 is a great phone with a fabulous screen, but it would be nice if the protector was a little less reflective and more resistant to fingerprint marks. Overall though an excellent product, with great customer service, and I'm glad I purchased it to protect my Galaxy S8.

This is my second screen protector on my s8 and this one is about the same as the last.It suffers with the same fault as the last in that the border on the sides doesn't go round far enough, I know they probably couldn't stretch it down that far but it would be nice if there was no black border on the sides, just on the top and bottom.Also because the cover doesn't glue to the centre of the screen (only the border glues the cover to the phone) sometime, and I mean only sometimes pressing in the middle is a little less responsive. It hasn't been a big problem but I have noticed it.On the plus side it's very easy to apply to the phone and doesn't degrade the screen image like my last one did, I didn't realise it did untill I fitted this one and noticed the difference.Over all I'm happy for now with it and it's doing it's good well.
