This is a large chunky handmade t-shirt yarn crochet tub/basket in brown, with integrated handles and a seam to the rear. It is made with 2 strands of t-shirt yarn so has good structure and will keep shape well even when empty, the material has a slight stretch to it. It comfortably fits 6 balls of 200g super chunky yarn in so would be good for project storage, or equally for general storage. Due to the nature of T-Shirt yarn being recycled the yarn is different thicknesses, meaning it will not be perfectly round, adding to the overall handmade effect. There will also be knots on the tub where new yarn is joined. The T-shirt yarn may be more durable than some of the more traditional yarns so is great for home wear. It's use of different stitches with one colour of a modern yarn gives a simple contemporary feel whilst being mindful of the environment. It's a multi-functional tub with people storing many items from soft toys to logs in them.
