Not too salty, sweet or sour.These peppers are perfect for anyone who loves the "smokey, earthy" flavour of a Habanero or Scotch Bonnet pepper, but with no heat whatsoever!Perfect in quesedillas, sprinkled on salads, or with nachos, and add an amazing little pop of flavour to basically any dish you cook, from seafood linguine to bbq pulled pork, to an unusual addition to a cheeseboard!

So tasty … for salad , with omelette or yoghurt.. I love it.

Have had “roquito peppers” on pizzas from restaurants in the past and have been on the hunt for them since. I believe these are the same variety and taste exactly the same!Quality is decent but they are on the seedy side if that bothers you. The seeds are small tho so easy to swallow.They’re sweet, tangy and pop in your mouth. I wouldn’t say they are spicy at all in my opinion.Much cheaper than buying “sweety drop” from super markets peppers which are the closest alternative that I’ve found.

Large container so we decanted into other jars. Fabulous though
