Took these 2 weeks prior to Thailand and whilst there, and barely got bit at all by mosquitos.

This supplement only supplies just one B vitamin: thiamin at a huge 8377% of the required amount. So, not only is this product excessive it fails to provide all those other required B vitamins. Also, it makes me smell strongly of yeast from every pore. After sticking with these for many months I'm going for a slightly more expensive vitamin B complex which gives me all my B numbers at more sensible levels.
