Amazing product! I was sceptical about the whole "no need to take any food or other nutrition" part, but Tailwind has proved to be the perfect fuel for long runs. So far all the flavours I've tried have been great, they're not sickly sweet but slightly salty, which is great when you're covering long distances. I've been running my best on Tailwind, I seem to have endless energy and everything just feels good. I can't believe how much this has changed my performance!

I've used Tailwind for many running & cycling endurance events, and it's simply the best fuelling solution I've come across.Easy to prepare, easy to consume, easy to digest.The flavours are pleasant, but not too strong.The stickpacks are particularly handy for long distance cycling - just empty one into a bidon, fill up with water, give it a shake and then drink little and often during the ride. Keep a couple in your pocket, and mix up a fresh bidon at water stop.

Tailwind has been my go to for refuelling during a long run. They provide the right amount of energy and electolytes that have kept me going for 100k+. Furthermore, these variety packs provided me with an opportunity to experiment with flavours in an economical and convenient way.One aspect that I find hard recently is that the powder compresses in the pack and when it comes to mixing it on the fly, it’s become increasingly difficult to pour into the bottles . It’s only recently so I’m wondering if it’s a bad batches, but it’s been annoying during the long runs to see some of the content end up on the floor rather than in the bottle. Minor gripe, but otherwise I will keep buying this.

I’d heard great things about Tailwind being natural and tasting so good, and it’s probably a matter of personal taste, but I’m afraid I tried one mouthful from one of these and spat it out.For other people who dislike cheaper electrolyte drinks (as I do), I’d advise buying one to try rather than a whole set of flavours to try. I gave the rest of this multi pack away, as I can’t even stomach the idea of trying the other flavours. I’ll stick to Ribena in my water, and electrolytes in solid savoury food forms.

I used nothing but this on my first ever trail marathon the other week (first marathon ever actually). It was brilliant. Kept me going, no cramps, no GI issues. Highly recommended.

All the fruit ones are nice. The Colorado cola tastes like the sweet smell of cannabis and the matcha tea tastes like pond water.
