Works perfectly
The old hose was stiff and made using the shower wand difficult. The new one was easy to install and wakes showering a real joyful experience. The hose is very flexible and I can spray all parts of my body with ease. Hope I’ll never need to replace the new hose but if I do I will get another one of these. Great quality and fair price.

Much MUCH better than a plastic hose
HUGE improvement over the cheap plastic hose that was included when I bought a Delta shower head. This one has a real metal casing, not just a metallic finish on vinyl or whatever - this hose is METAL. It hangs very nicely straight out of the box, no kinking and no leaking. It doesn't stain like plastic hoses do. It has a lovely bronze finish that hasn't scratched or tarnish after 6 months of use. I'm using it with Delta Victorian shower heads in Venetian Bronze and although the bronze finish on this hose isn't an *exact* match for Delta's bronze, it's pretty darn close. Hardly noticeable at all.I'm using it with Delta shower head diverter w/ holder and the end of this hose does fit in the holder pretty well. It's not quite as snug fitting as Delta's hose but I didn't expect it to be. It holds the handheld in its bracket the way it's supposed to without it slipping, falling, or breaking which is all I really care about as far as the hose ends are concerned.Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend this product. It's incredible qualify at such a low price.

Broke after 3 months of regular usage
Terrible product. Broke, on the inside, after 3 months of regular use. We had our previous hose for 10 years and when it started leaking we replaced it with this one. We used it in the same way as our previous one. From July to October it worked as intended but after 3 months it started leaking with no apparent breakage on the outside.We tried contacting the company but no response…

Seems like good quality.
The item I bought to go with it had issues so since I had to send it back I didn’t need this item. It appeared to be good quality and didn’t seem like it would easily scratch. I would buy again if I needed it.
