Probably. I have no iphone, but my phone accepts them fine. The jack is standard across all phones as far as I know.

Can these be used on all phones and laptops/pcs?

I bought these earphones as a present for my son who has an iphone. he said they worked fine and also on the laptop. I think the jack on most earphones work on numerous phones and laptops. Hope this helps.
