I've used this every day for a week so can't say anything about long term reliability. The product seems of excellent quality, very easy to start. The instructions for putting it together are poor, but only a small negative for such a great product. It has phenomenal blowing power that will not disappoint, (more hot air than Jeremy Corbyn!). Really quick delivery. The only reason I've not given it a full 5/5 is because the blowing lance / tube comes in sections and is very tight to fit, so much so it really needs two people to twist the sections in to position.
