Dudaba un poco pero para el precio cumple muy bien su función. Es un poco trabajoso limpiar la boquilla pero nada fuera del otro mundo. El espresso lo saca bien, hay que tener en cuenta que hay que buscar el tamaño ideal del café molido en esta maquina para obtener el mejor producto posible.

It's really pretty and matches our kitchen perfectly, but it needs to actually be functional to earn a place there.Minor complaints:1. You'd think for the price it would be able to detect NO WATER in the tank, but no.2. It is very loud, so if you're an early riser and don't want to wake up all living beings within the house, maybe go out for espresso.3. Plastic drip tray feels cheap.4. Unnecessary warning sticker on the side which was nearly impossible to remove.5. Steam wand a bit short. Not very much room to work with there.Major complaints:1. When steaming milk, prior to releasing steam, water pours out of the wand.2. It overheats with every single use. Every single time.3. The wand broke off entirely with nominal pressure.Note: I was an experienced barista and have used many professional and non-professional espresso machines.

I got my husband this for his birthday. He loved it! It pulled a great cup of coffee. Easy to clean and use. We have a coffee bar in house and have purchased several machines over the years. This is the best! I actually going to purchase their cold brew as well.
